We want you to love your Mister Ladybug purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for the full purchase value in Mister Ladybug store credit.
Complimentary return shipping is available for U.S. orders. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with simple return instructions.
For returns from Canada, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, sign in to your customer account and submit a return request. If you checked out as a guest, simply create an account using the same email address used for your order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued to your account. Mister Ladybug store credit never expires, so you can use it whenever you find the right piece.
Because our collections are produced in limited quantities and many pieces are made to order, returns are issued as store credit rather than refunds to the original form of payment.

Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from misterladybug.com. Items purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, marketplaces, or other sellers must be returned through the original place of purchase.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or adjustment may not be eligible for return.
FINAL SALE
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Expedited U.S. shipping and available shipping options for Canada can be selected at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Signature confirmation is required for orders over $300.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on weekdays, or during weekends, will begin processing the next business day.
For orders shipped to Canada, any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
MADE TO ORDER
Made-to-order pieces will ship according to the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.
You’ll receive an order confirmation when your purchase is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
If an unexpected delay occurs, you will have the option to cancel the delayed order for a full cash refund.
