All our materials are hypoallergenic and 100% nickel-free.

Metals: Sterling silver, brass (base metal), heavy-micron 14K gold plating for gold-finished pieces, and ruthenium plating over sterling silver for gunmetal-finished pieces.

Stones: We use a combination of natural and lab-created stones. Natural stones feature unique colors, veining, and patterns, making each piece one of a kind. As a result, slight variations from the images shown on our website are normal and add to the individuality of every piece.

Care: Follow these simple steps to keep your jewelry looking its best year after year:

• Keep your jewelry away from moisture: Store it carefully in a bag or in our jewelry boxes and in a dry place.
• Don't wear your jewelry while sleeping.
• In general, avoid contact with other substances that can make your piece dark or lose its shine, due to abrasion with chemical products (perfumes, lotions and oils).
• Take off your jewelry when you play sports, shower or swim.
• Clean by wiping it with a cotton cloth.  You may also use a mild liquid dish soap mixed with warm water or a specialized jewelry-cleaning solution.
• As part of long-term care, periodic professional cleaning and re-plating may be recommended.

Return Policy
We want you to love your Mister Ladybug purchase. If, for any reason, your selection isn't the right fit, eligible returns may be exchanged for store credit within 10 days of delivery.

Because our collections are produced in limited quantities and many pieces are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. We accept returns of unworn items purchased through www.misterladybug.com within 10 days of delivery.

Please do not bend or adjust your piece if you intend to return it. Items that have been visibly bent, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt), be in their original packaging, and have all original product tags attached. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Custom-made orders are final sale.

Sale Orders and Promotions
Sale items and promotional offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. Complimentary standard shipping is included on domestic U.S. orders of $250 or more. Shipping options for Canada, as well as expedited shipping within the U.S., are available at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on weekdays or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. 

For orders shipped to Canada, any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Made to Order
Made to Order items will ship according to the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If a delay occurs, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund.
