DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking confirmation.
- Tracking information is provided via email upon shipment, along with order confirmation details
- Delivery is considered complete when marked “delivered” by the carrier
- Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon delivery
- Failure to report delivery issues within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of the shipment
If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
RETURNS ONLY — NO EXCHANGES
Mister Ladybug does not offer exchanges.
If you wish to select a different piece, you may request a return in accordance with this policy. Once the return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, which may then be used to place a new order.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization.
To request a return, you must email:
returns@misterladybug.com within 14 days of confirmed delivery
Your request must include:
- Order number
- Brief reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Important:
- Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted
- Returns sent without authorization will be refused
- Failure to follow this process voids eligibility for return
If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
All returned items must meet every condition below:
- Unworn and unused
- No scratches, marks, or signs of wear
- Not bent, adjusted, or altered in any way
- Security tag fully attached and intact
- Returned in original packaging
Security Tag Policy:
Removal, damage, or tampering of the security tag = final sale
No exceptions.
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
ADJUSTABLE JEWELRY — FINAL CONDITION CLAUSE
Certain pieces are designed to be adjustable within strict limits.
By purchasing, you agree:
- Adjustments may be made once only, with minimal force
- Repeated bending or reshaping is considered misuse
- Any visible change in form, alignment, or structure voids return eligibility
Some items are not adjustable under any circumstances.
Refer to the Size & Fit section before attempting any adjustment.
If unsure about fit, do not adjust the piece. Please contact us first while the security tag is still attached.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All items are quality-checked before shipment.
To report a defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of packaging
- Description of the issue
You must not:
- Remove the security tag
- Wear the item
- Adjust or alter the piece
Failure to follow these steps voids eligibility.
Approved claims will be resolved at our sole discretion via repair, replacement, or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items with removed or tampered security tags
- Worn or used items
- Bent, adjusted, or altered pieces
- Items damaged after delivery
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Final sale items
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
By completing your purchase, you agree:
- To follow this Return Policy as the sole method for resolving product concerns
- To contact Mister Ladybug before initiating any payment dispute
Failure to follow the required return process, including failing to request authorization within 14 days, constitutes acceptance of the item and waives the right to dispute the charge.
In the event of a chargeback, Mister Ladybug will submit the following evidence:
- Delivery confirmation
- Shipment tracking records
- Timestamped order confirmation
- This Return Policy (accepted at checkout)
- Customer communications
- Product condition and inspection records
Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy will be formally contested.
Where permitted, Mister Ladybug reserves the right to recover:
- Chargeback fees
- Administrative costs
- Associated financial losses
FINAL SALE & POLICY ENFORCEMENT
Mister Ladybug reserves the right to:
- Deny any return that does not meet all conditions
- Refuse unauthorized returns
- Make the final determination on all disputes
